A civil claim against the UK Gambling Commission has been dismissed by the High Court. The case, brought by Lee Feldman and Kenneth Alexander, alleged that the Commission had misused their private information and breached their confidence.
According to the UK Gambling Commission, Mrs Justice Eady dismissed all claims during a hearing at the Royal Courts of Justice. The judge also ordered the claimants to pay the Commission’s legal costs. The approved judgment was published in March 2026.
