GamCare, a UK gambling harms charity, has reported that a significant majority of those seeking help for gambling issues are struggling with online gambling. As of June, 81.5% of individuals who contacted the charity and disclosed their gambling form pointed to online gambling. The charity has called for urgent attention to address this trend.
