The General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority (GCGRA) of the United Arab Emirates has appointed Ciarán Carruthers as its new CEO, effective immediately. Carruthers, a veteran of the Asian gambling sector, becomes the second person to hold the position, succeeding Kevin Mullally. The move marks a leadership change at the UAE’s gambling regulator.
