- The Our brands page says Royal Panda was founded in 2014 and that LeoVegas International Limited acquired it three years later.
- The MGA URL checker returned LeoVegas Gaming plc for both www.leovegas.com and www.royalpanda.com on 6 November 2026.
- The MGA licensee register gives LeoVegas Gaming plc's registered address as Level 7 Plaza Business Centre, Bisazza Street, Sliema, and lists Type 1, Type 2 and Type 3 gaming services under the licence.
