- MINCETUR-authorised (Peru) — Stake Peru S.A.C.; RD 4748-2024 (sports) & 4749-2024-MINCETUR/VMT/DGJCMT (casino)Recorded in our review, not a guarantee it is current. Confirm it on the regulator’s own register before you rely on it. Evidence level: Licence number recorded.
- Licensing body (per our review)
- Ministerio de Comercio Exterior y Turismo (MINCETUR) (Peru)
- Restricted countries
- Not verified. Which countries Stake Casino itself refuses is set in the casino’s own terms and conditions, and we have not checked those terms for this review. A regulator’s licence does not decide it either, and the law of your own country still applies. Read the casino’s terms and check your own country’s rules before you register.
What the MINCETUR licence means (full rules and official quotes)
- Where this licence may be offered
- Not specified in the primary text we checked
- KYC and AML duties
- The operator must verify each player's identity, age and nationality or migration status when the player registers. Payments must identify the player and may not use cryptocurrencies. Operators must also follow the AML rules; the law lists preventing money-laundering use as one of its aims. We found no amount thresholds in the documents we opened.
- If a complaint is not resolved
- Not specified in the primary text we checked
- Player-fund rules (as written)
- Operators post a guarantee in favour of MINCETUR to back their obligations and sanctions under the law. The text does not say whether it covers player balances. The documents we opened say nothing on segregating player funds.
