Reporting an error

If a record is wrong or out of date, tell us through the contact page. Please include the page, the record (brand and market, or market name) and, if you can, a link to the regulator’s own source. Regulators and operators are welcome to report errors about themselves.

What we do

1. We check the report against the primary source, normally the regulator’s register or the law itself.
2. If the record is wrong, we correct the underlying review or guide and the dataset in the same update.
3. We add the change to the dataset’s update history and, for any factual correction, to the log below.
4. We do not delete log entries or silently change published figures.

Typo, formatting and layout fixes are not logged. A change in the world, such as a new licence, is an update, not a correction.
