Caesars Palace Online brings one of the world’s most recognisable casino brands to Canada. - The Standards require registration data (name, date of birth, address and the information the federal Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act requires) to be validated before an account is created, minimum age 19 (18 only to buy a lottery ticket), and an anti-money-laundering programme aligned with that Act.
- If a complaint is not resolved
- Players complain to the operator first. If the operator does not answer within 90 days or the answer is unsatisfactory, the dispute can go to iGaming Ontario, and then to the Ombudsman of Ontario.

- The Standards only require player funds to be "clearly and appropriately managed". The text we checked does not state segregation or insolvency protection for funds held by an operator.

- Where this licence may be offered
- This is a licence for players physically in Alberta. Operators must provide games only within Alberta (unless run with another province's government), block play when location cannot be verified, and detect location-evasion tools such as VPNs.
- KYC and AML duties
- At registration the operator must collect the player's full name and date of birth as shown on FINTRAC-compliant government ID, and a physical address. Operators must run an AML/terrorist-financing programme aligned with the federal Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act, report suspicious transactions, and corroborate a player's source of funds at times set by risk assessment. We found no fixed amount thresholds in the Standards.
- If a complaint is not resolved
- Complain to the operator first; a decision can take up to 90 days. AGLC says a complaint to it will not resolve your dispute or get your money back, but it can act on rule breaches with warnings, suspensions or penalties. Account and payment problems should go to the operator or your bank.
